Dispatchless is a product of ByteCareer Inc, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Dispatchless answers missed calls and takes bookings on behalf of home-service shops ("the shop"). This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.
- From homeowners and callers: name, phone number, service address, a description of the problem, the requested time window, and, for calls answered by the assistant, the call recording and transcript.
- From shop owners: name, business name, phone number, email address, business hours and service area, and booking history.
- Billing: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
To book and confirm the job: to pass the request to the shop, let the shop confirm it, and send the homeowner appointment confirmations and reminders.
- The shop the request was made to.
- Dispatchless staff, to run and support the service.
- Our service providers, who process data only on our instructions: the voice, texting and email platforms that carry calls and messages, our hosting and database providers, and Stripe for payments.
We do not sell personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
- Call recordings: 90 days.
- Transcripts and bookings: as long as the shop's account exists.
- When a shop closes its account, its booking data is deleted within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
- Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts.
- To see, correct or delete your information, email support@dispatchless.com. We answer within 30 days.
