How Dispatchless texts homeowners and shop owners, and how to stop.

Dispatchless is a product of ByteCareer Inc, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Dispatchless sends text messages about service appointments on behalf of the home-service shops that use it.

Homeowners

When you book a service appointment with a shop through Dispatchless, you enter your phone number on the booking form. Under that field you see:

By entering your number you agree to receive appointment texts from (shop name) sent by Dispatchless. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help.

The texts are about your appointment only: confirmation, reminders and schedule changes.

Sample message:

Pete's Heat (via Dispatchless): you're booked for Tue 8–12. Reply C to confirm, STOP to opt out.

Shop owners

On sign-up, shop owners tick a box that reads:

I agree that Dispatchless may call and text me about bookings and missed calls for my shop, including automated calls and texts, at the number I provide. I can turn this off at any time from my owner page or by replying STOP.

Stopping and help

  • Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed.
  • Reply HELP for help, or email support@dispatchless.com.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Your phone number

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services. See our Privacy Policy.
