Terms of Service

The terms for shops that use Dispatchless.
Oct 4, 2026

Effective October 4, 2026

Dispatchless is a product of ByteCareer Inc, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. These terms apply to shop owners who use Dispatchless. By using the service you agree to them.

1. What Dispatchless does

Dispatchless takes messages and books appointments on the shop's behalf, through a booking link and an assistant that answers calls the shop forwards to it.

Dispatchless is not an emergency service. Callers who report a gas smell, carbon monoxide, smoke or fire, sparking or flooding are told to call 911 and their gas or power company.

2. Bookings need the owner's confirmation

Nothing is booked without the shop owner's confirmation, unless the owner turns on instant booking.

3. The shop owns its number, profile and data

The shop owns its phone number, its Google Business Profile and its customer data. Dispatchless never ports or replaces a shop's number. If the shop gives Dispatchless Manager access to its Google profile, the owner can remove that access at any time.

4. Billing

  • A card is taken when the shop's booking page goes live.
  • The trial runs 30 days from the first call the assistant answers (for shops without the assistant, from the first booking request).
  • The plan with the AI assistant includes 300 call minutes a month; extra minutes are 30¢ each.
  • Plans renew monthly. Cancel any month; the plan runs to the end of the paid month.
  • No refunds for partial months.

5. Calls and messages

The assistant tells callers the call is recorded, and says it is an AI if asked. It gives only the prices the shop provides and does not diagnose problems. The assistant can mishear or misunderstand a caller; the shop reviews each booking before confirming it. The shop is responsible for the work it agrees to do and for the information it gives Dispatchless.

6. Liability

Dispatchless's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the shop paid in the month before the claim. Dispatchless is not liable for missed, dropped or misunderstood calls or messages beyond that amount.

7. The service is provided as is

Dispatchless is provided "as is". We do not promise that every call will be answered or every booking captured, for example during a phone-network or platform outage.

8. Shop's responsibility

The shop is responsible for its own work, prices, licenses and permits, and agrees to cover Dispatchless for claims that arise from them.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We will email shop owners at least 14 days before a change that affects them.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
